With a calm, intuitive approach, I tailor each session to meet your body’s needs. I use techniques like Swedish massage, deep tissue work, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), and myofascial integration—a method that gently releases the layers of tissue around your muscles to ease tension and improve movement. I’m also now offering Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) to support healing, reduce swelling, and boost your immune system.
My journey into massage began after years of receiving treatment myself during my career as a jockey—massage was key to my performance and recovery. I graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2017, and am currently training in the Dr. Vodder Method of Manual Lymph Drainage.
